We stand behind the quality of every order. Because items are printed on demand, our policy balances fairness to you with the realities of made-to-order goods.
Made-to-order items
Items are produced specifically for you after you order, so we cannot offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, or for the wrong size or color selected at checkout. Please double-check your selections before paying.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email support@ghalibafrepublic.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid. You won't be asked to ship the faulty item back.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order only before it enters production. Email support@ghalibafrepublic.com as soon as possible and we'll cancel and refund it if production hasn't started.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
All designs are works of political satire and parody, protected as political speech. Names and likenesses are used for commentary and comedic purposes.
